By accessing or using Cozy Creatures (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Cozy Creatures is a gamified habit-tracking application where users raise a virtual pet by building real-life habits. The Service includes habit tracking, pet care, social features (Campfires), milestones, and a virtual shop.

You must create an account to use Cozy Creatures. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, you may subscribe to continue using the Service. Your progress is always preserved.

Cozy Creatures offers a Monthly subscription ($4/month) and a Lifetime purchase (one-time payment). Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds for the current billing period. Lifetime purchases: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not redeemed your gift license.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use offensive or inappropriate names for pets or campfires
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

All content, designs, artwork, and code in Cozy Creatures are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
